I am an artist. How can I collaborate with you?
To collaborate with Vera Cox, send your portfolio to info@veracox.com with "COLLABORATION" in the email title. We'll respond within 48 business hours. Your designs could feature on stylish, eco-friendly clothing.
TAILORING
Can you adjust my clothes (shorten, tighten, replace buttons)?
Yes, for items bought in our or partner stores.
DRESSING ROOM
Can I book a dressing room?
Absolutely! Contact us to schedule your appointment, and our team will assist you.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
How soon will I receive my order from Vera Cox? Shipping times vary based on location (Italy, Europe, USA). Check product descriptions and the checkout page for specifics. Track your order on the navigation menu.
MY ORDER IS LATE
We need 2 business days to process orders. Some items take 5-7 days to craft. Check product descriptions and contact us if concerned.
MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRASIT
Contact us with a screenshot of the "Track Your Order" page. We'll investigate promptly.
ORDER CANCELLATION
It is no possible to cancel, after placing an order. Please, be patient, wsit for delivery and inquire about returns.
RETURNS
Contact customer support via email, Instagram (@veracoxshop), or WhatsApp (+30 697 57 10 740). To initiate a return, ensure the product is intact, in its original packaging, and request within 14 days of delivery. Email the receipt photo to info@veracox.com.
PAYMENT
Can I pay cash?
Cash only for in-store pickups.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments available for amounts up to 250 euros. Contact us for details.
Can I pay with credit/debit card?
Yes, both online and in-store.
